Las Vegas's Fontainebleau, a 67-story, vertically integrated luxury resort with seven-decade-old ties to the Fontainebleau name, has some excellent news for its staff after revealing plans for the much-anticipated Oasis Pool Deck earlier this week.
All present and prospective "members," as the firm calls them, of the resort that took twenty years to develop will enjoy several great perks meant to promote their well-being and that of their families. Kid care, health, fertility, and gym membership programs are all on the list.
The firm is in the process of finalizing an exclusive deal with Tootris, a childcare platform, to provide a variety of services, including full—and part-time choices and non-standard work hours.
According to sports betting software experts, another perk is that up to 6,500 Fountainbleau members might get $2,700 yearly to help with childcare costs.
In addition, all workers, both current and prospective, will have access to Carrot Fertility. This platform facilitates family planning by linking users with specialists in areas such as pregnancy, adoption, in vitro fertilization, and menopause.
Amanda Belarmino, a professor of hospitality at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, explains that no other Strip establishment offers fertility treatment incentives since it is an entirely novel perk.
